In-Person Organizing Sessions
Spatial Wellbeing offers in-person professional organizing services throughout Chester County and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Each in-person session is $400 and includes four hours of hands-on support tailored to your home and lifestyle. An in-person session can include decluttering, organizing, product shopping, decorating, and design services or a combination of services.
Sessions must be paid for at the time of booking. I do not offer services for hoarding situations, storage units, unfinished basements, attics, garages, crawl spaces or sheds.
Virtual Organizing and Coaching Sessions
For clients outside of Chester and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, or those who prefer a guided, do-it-yourself approach, virtual professional organizing sessions are available. Virtual sessions are ideal for organizing coaching, space planning, accountability, and personalized guidance.
Virtual sessions are offered at $100 per hour and are conducted remotely, allowing clients to receive expert support. Payment is required at the time of booking.
Service Details
Session pricing reflects professional services provided by Spatial Wellbeing only. Any organizing products, furnishings, or third-party contractors hired are paid for separately by the client directly to the vendor.

Decluttering: In-Person
Decluttering is the first step to getting organized. During the declutter session(s) we will go through your space, sort by category and decide which items stay, get donated, are garbage, or get stored elsewhere. I will lead you through the session(s), however, you are responsible for making the decisions.
After decluttering, I will bring one vehicle load of donations to a donation center. You are responsible for all garbage.
The number of sessions depends on the speed of decision making and the amount of items there are in the space. I do not offer decluttering services for unfinished basements, attics, garages, crawl spaces, storage units, or sheds.

Organizing: In-Person
The organizing process comes after decluttering. During an organizing session we will review what items are staying in the space, the intended functionality of the space, as well as aesthetics. If you would like to purchase storage solutions, I will take measurements, shop for product and send you links of those products to review and purchase. If shelving or fixtures need to be installed we will discuss the hiring of a handyman. Once all organizing products are on site and/or installed, I will continue the transformation by putting your items back in their new homes. You are welcome to be hands off or hands on with the organizing process.
The number of sessions needed depends on the space. The cost of storage solutions is separate and not included in the session price. I do not offer organizing services for unfinished basements, attics, garages, crawl spaces, storage units, or sheds.

Styling/Decorating: In-Person
Styling and decorating services are available to all clients whether I’ve decluttered or organized the space prior. If the space is in need of decluttering, that will need to be accomplished first in order to achieve a harmonious space for you to enjoy. Styling and decorating services can include but are not limited to: helping you discover your aesthetic, developing mood boards, space planning, paint color selection, furniture and fixture selection, decor selection, and staging the space.
In the event that shelving, fixtures, or furniture need to be installed or assembled we will discuss the hiring of a handyman.
The number of sessions depends on the space. The cost of all furniture, fixtures, etc. is separate and not included in the session price. I do not offer decorating and design services for unfinished basements, attics, garages, crawl spaces, storage units, or sheds.

Maintenance Plan: In-Person
Staying organized can be the hardest part of being organized. A maintenance plan is the perfect way to maintain your organized space and prevent it from reverting back to it’s original state. Maintenance plans are for existing clients and can be purchased at $100/hour for a minimum session of 2 hours. Maintenance sessions must be scheduled within the first 6 months of the initial service. Sessions can be scheduled on a regular cadence ( i.e. monthly or every 3 months) as a maintenance plan or as needed.

Product Shopping: Add On To Any Session
Product shopping can be added on to any session for $50/hour. Product shopping includes: researching products for your space, physically visiting a store, sending you links to purchase product, and picking up and/or returning product if applicable.

Virtual Decluttering/Organizing/ Styling Session
This is a great option for those who want to DIY but need some guidance getting started and/or coaching during the process. Virtual sessions are $100/hour with a 1 hour minimum. Together, we will develop a plan with the goal of setting you up for successful execution of the project. You decide how much support you need throughout the process and can pay per hourly session as needed.
Virtual sessions are also a great option for those that have worked with me in-person and want continued support after the session(s) have been completed.
